If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will except returns for a full refund up to 7 days after date of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the purchased product is damaged upon delivery, WOOL will replace the item after a picture has been received from customer. Notification of damaged product needs to be within 7 days of delivery to qualify for item to be replaced.
